The seller delivers the goods to the buyer, usually on its premises (or at another named place).
The seller is not responsible for loading the goods and customs clearance.
FOB

Free on Board
The seller is deemed to have delivered when the goods passed through the ship’s handrail at the named port of shipment.
FCA
(Free Carrier)
Free Carrier
The seller delivers the goods cleared for export by customs to the carrier designated by the buyer to the said place. The choice of the place of delivery affects the loading and unloading. If the delivery takes place in the seller’s room, he is responsible for loading. If in another place - the seller is not responsible for loading. If in another place - the seller is not responsible for loading.
FAS
(Free Alongside Ship)
Free Alongside Ship
The seller is obliged to perform the export customs clearance and place the goods at the port of shipment along the side of the vessel specified by the buyer. The buyer is obliged to load the goods onto the ship and deliver them to the port of discharge, as well as to perform the import customs clearance. The risks pass at the port at the moment of placing the goods along the side of the ship.
CIF
(Cost Insurance and Freight)
Cost Insurance and Freight
The seller is also obliged (in addition to the preceding term) to insure the goods in favour of the buyer. Incoterms provides minimum coverage. If the parties wish to provide for extended insurance, this should be provided for in a supplementary contract.
CFR
(Сost and Freight)

The seller is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation to supply when the goods are placed on board the ship by a chartered seller for delivery to the port of destination.
CIP
(Carriage and Insurance Paid To)
Shipping and insurance paid before.

The seller delivers the goods to the carrier at the specified destination, pays the transportation costs. But the risks of loss, damage from the moment of shipment are passed to the buyer.
DAP
(Delivered at Place)
Delivered at Place
The seller is deemed to have delivered when the goods are customs-cleared from export and ready to be unloaded at an agreed destination.
DAT
(Delivered at Terminal)
Delivered at Terminal
The seller is deemed to have delivered when the goods, after customs clearance for export, are unloaded from the arriving vehicle and placed at the buyer’s disposal in an agreed terminal.
DDP
(Delivered Duty Paid)
Delivered Duty Paid
The seller fulfilled its obligations when it delivered the goods that had been customs-cleared for export and for import to the arrival of the vehicle ready for unloading at the agreed destination.
